Holycow! Music Bingo - Terms and Conditions

Licenses - Rental (24 hours): DJ Mixed Audio and Music Bingo Gameboards
Upon renting ANY Holycow! Music product, content or services, the purchaser and DJ Host accepts full agreement to the following Terms and Conditions: 

1. No person, staff employees, or DJ Host may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any content on nor may distribute any part of this content over any network, sell or offer it for sale, or use such content to construct any kind of database or other Music Bingo Game. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE MATERIALS OR INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, OR PRIVACY LAWS.

2. Holycow! Music Productions allows the purchaser to PRINT OUT ONE PAPER COPY (per gameboard) to be used exclusively during (1) Holycow! Music Bingo game. Creating digital copies of mixed audio or extra game boards is strictly prohibited.

3. All promo material/advertisements must include “Holycow! Music Bingo”.

4. Purchaser and/or the DJ Host is responsible for discarding all printed game boards at the end of Music Bingo gameplay and deleting digital copies of mixed audio from any audio playback devices (New content will not be made available in the Fluxplayer app without first removing all previous content).

5. The franchised version of Holycow! Music Bingo may not be used as a fundraiser. All fundraising event requests/details are arranged and produced by Holycow! Music Productions.

6. When performed in public, it is the purchaser's full responsibility to acquire all Performance Rights Licensing required at the public venue.
